Be aware if selling tires that starting April 1, 2011 you must be registered with the Department of Public Health and Environment as a "Waste Tire Generator." Here is the link to complete the form on-line: http://www.cdphe.state.co.us/hm/wastetires/*Fill it out on-line but print a copy for yourself. The submit and print options are at the bottom of the form.
