NAPA AutoCare Elite and ASA Colorado

Meeting held on February 16, 2017
Attendees: Brian Bates, Randy Pickering, Tony Ralston, Steve Horvath, Brad Pellman and Judi Haglin

Topic:
Training partnership opportunity

Purpose:
To help each other by offering and collaborating on training for the independent repair shops in Colorado and creating a master schedule as to avoid duplicating training dates and efforts.

Proposal:
Set up 8 owner/service writer classes for 2017 with ESi
Shop registration Fee Schedule (up to 3 people)
Non ASA, BDG or TechNet Council members - $150.00
Either an ASA, BDG or TechNet Council member - $75.00
Both an ASA member and BDG or TechNet Council member - $50.00
Each additional person (over the 3 allotted per shop) - $15.00

Pay out Schedule to Auto Care Elite per event:
Auto Care Elite registrants that are ASA members - $45.00
Auto Care Elite registrants that are non-ASA members - $70.00
All additional food - $ TBD

Responsibilities:
AutoCare Elite
Organizes and contracts for 8 classes with ESI
Pays all training costs
Orders and Purchases food for each event
Coordinates location for each event (covers cost if any)

ASA
Market to all ASA and Non ASA members in the ASA Colorado Database via Constant

Contact
Create a registration for each event using Regonline
Take care of all registration finances
Reimbursements to AutoCare Elite
Auto Care Elite members $45.00 per registration
$15.00 food for each person over 3 per shop
Provide ASA Come join us packets for each event
Create a master google calendar for BDG, NAPA, TechNet, Advance and any other trainings that could be added to the master schedule
